If I won a lottery I'd have homes in both - no question; but failing that unlikely outcome I guess I'd go for Oz - largely because I'd have more chance of visiting Africa from Australia than the other way round.
Plus, of course, (sorry Africa), I've less chance of being killed as a cyclist, though I still look forward to motorcycling sans helmet around both Ghana & Nigeria. It's safe - I promise you! (Well, as safe as venturing out helmeted: Nigerian wrecks make you realise anything less than full body-armour plus a Martin-Baker ejection seat is not enough...)
